Welcome to Greater Bajío Studios, Media & Publishing. Our mission is to provide creators, businesses, and organizations with a professional, welcoming, and high-quality production experience. The following policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients and guests.

Reservations & Booking

All studio sessions must be reserved in advance through our booking platform or directly through our team. Reservations are confirmed once payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Clients are responsible for selecting the studio, services, and session length that best fit their production needs.

Payment

Full payment is required prior to the start of your scheduled session unless otherwise approved by Greater Bajío. Additional services, overtime, or equipment requests may result in additional charges.

Arrival & Session Times

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in and preparation.

Studio sessions begin and end according to the reserved booking time. Late arrivals may reduce available recording time, and sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time unless additional time is available and approved.

If additional studio time is requested, extensions may be accommodated based on availability and will be billed accordingly.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or booking credit.
 

Requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not qualify for a refund. Sessions canceled within two hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
 

Clients who repeatedly fail to attend scheduled sessions without notice may be restricted from future bookings.

Studio Capacity & Guests

Each studio has a maximum occupancy limit that must be observed at all times. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all guests and participants comply with studio policies.

 

Greater Bajío reserves the right to refuse entry or end a session if occupancy limits are exceeded or if guest behavior creates safety concerns or disrupts operations.

Equipment & Facilities

Studio bookings include access to equipment and amenities specified in the selected package. Clients and guests are expected to treat all equipment, furniture, sets, and facilities with care and respect.
 

Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or unauthorized alterations may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the booking client.
 

Production Support

Most studio sessions include support from an on-site Podcast Engineer to assist with recording, technical setup, and studio operations.
 

While our team works to ensure a professional production experience, clients remain responsible for the content, performance, and overall direction of their projects.
 

Content Ownership & Responsibility

Clients retain ownership of the content they create while using our facilities unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

The views, opinions, statements, and materials expressed in podcasts, videos, interviews, or other media produced, recorded, edited, or distributed through Greater Bajío belong solely to their creators and participants. Such content does not necessarily reflect the views, opinions, or positions of Greater Bajío Studios, Media & Publishing.
 

Greater Bajío reserves the right to decline or terminate projects that violate applicable laws or create safety, legal, or operational concerns.
 

File Delivery & Storage

Audio, video, and other deliverables will be provided according to the services selected during booking.
 

Clients are encouraged to download and securely back up all files upon delivery. While Greater Bajío may temporarily retain project files, long-term storage is not guaranteed.
 

Food & Beverages

To protect studio equipment and maintain a clean production environment, food is not permitted within active recording areas unless approved by staff.
 

Water in sealed containers is permitted. Clients may be responsible for any cleaning, repair, or replacement costs resulting from spills or damage.
 

Respectful Environment

Greater Bajío is committed to providing a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients, guests, employees, and contractors.
 

Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive behavior, illegal activity, or conduct that disrupts the studio experience will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
 

Photography & Promotional Use

From time to time, Greater Bajío may capture behind-the-scenes photographs or promotional footage within our facilities. We respect client privacy and will not publish proprietary content or project materials without permission.

Clients who prefer not to appear in promotional materials may notify our team at any time.
 

Liability

Greater Bajío is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises.
 

By using our facilities, clients and guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with production environments and agree to release Greater Bajío from liability for injuries, losses, or damages except where prohibited by law.
 

Agreement

By booking a session, utilizing our services, or entering our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Studio Policies & Terms of Service.
